Blythewood Drive and Appletree Point are private ways for the people living on the west side of Onota Lake. All property owners on Blythewood Drive or Appletree Point are members of Blythewood Associates, Inc.

Become a Member

Residents of Blythewood Drive and Appletree Point are provided access to their properties via private ways, owned by a nonprofit organization called Blythewood Associates, Inc, formed May 5, 1964.

Membership fees are used to maintain and repair the Associate’s private roads, culverts on either side of the roads, tree and brush trimming on the easements, and weekly monitoring for any hazards along the private ways. Blythewood Associates has contracted Berkshire Property Management as a Property Manager. Blythewood Associates is governed by a volunteer board of directors and holds an annual meeting in August or September of each year to elect two Board of Directors and review the budget. Annual dues are set at this annual meeting along with other Associate business.
